|   IL-10 簡(jiǎn)介

白細(xì)胞介素10（IL-10）是一種免疫抑制細(xì)胞因子，由多種哺乳動(dòng)物細(xì)胞類型產(chǎn)生，包括巨噬細(xì)胞、單核細(xì)胞、T細(xì)胞、B細(xì)胞和角質(zhì)細(xì)胞。IL-10抑制促炎癥細(xì)胞因子的表達(dá)，如IL-1和TNFα。與IL-4一樣，IL-10能增強(qiáng)體液免疫反應(yīng)，減弱細(xì)胞介導(dǎo)的免疫反應(yīng)。人的IL-10在小鼠細(xì)胞上有活性，但小鼠的IL-10在人的細(xì)胞上沒有活性。

可檢測(cè)樣本中人的IL-10，且與其類似物無明顯交叉反應(yīng)。

在選取的健康人血清、血漿、細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)上清中加入3個(gè)不同濃度水平的人IL-10，計(jì)算回收率

|   線性稀釋

分別在選取的4份健康人血清、血漿、細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)上清中加入高濃度人IL-10，在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)曲線動(dòng)力學(xué)范圍內(nèi)進(jìn)行稀釋，評(píng)估線性。

注：ELISA試劑盒檢測(cè)范圍等數(shù)據(jù)，因檢測(cè)樣本 的不同而調(diào)整，實(shí)際數(shù)據(jù)以隨貨說明書為準(zhǔn)。
